PUBLIC NOTICE

(Hollybush)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

The Council have made an Order to close that part of

Hollybush, from its junction with The Roughs to its

junction with The Gullet in order to facilitate network ducting works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: - U61403 Hollybush, A438

Hollybush, B4208 Coombe Green, B4208 Castlemorton,

U61409 New Road, U61403 Castlemorton Common, U61403 Castlemorton, U61403 Hollybush and vice

versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days: Commencing: 16 January 2017.

(U63229 Meadow Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

The Council have made an Order to close that part of U63229 Meadow Road, Malvern, from its junction with U63228 Cedar Avenue to its junction with C2288

Pickersleigh Road in order to facilitate carriageway

resurfacing works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: - C2288 Pickersleigh Road, U63225,

U63228 and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

2 days (within a 3 week period) Commencing 16 January 2017.

(Footpaths MV-622, MV-623 and MV-620 (Part),

Malvern)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017

The Council have made an Order the effect of which

is to close Footpaths MV-622, MV-623, and MV-620 (part), Malvern from between its junction with Footpath MV-622 and MV-623 and Ordnance Survey

grid reference SO 7908 4799.

The Order is being made to facilitate tree felling works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary

works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: is via U63365 Ranelagh Road, A449,

U63366 Goodson Road and Footpaths MV-872 and

MV873, Malvern and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period

not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is

proposed to be carried out have been completed,

whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that

the Order will only be operative for 4 weeks

commencing on 16 January 2017.

(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting and Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting on B4232 West Malvern

Road, West Malvern

On 5 January 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in West Malvern:

B4232 West Malvern Road (south east side) from a

point 33 metres north east of its junction with Lamb Bank for a distance of 30.5 metres in a north easterly

direction; (north west side) from a point 125.2 metres north east of its junction with Lamb Bank for a distance of 4.6 metres in a north easterly direction.

revoke prohibition of waiting at any time (north

west side) from a point 146.3 metres north east of its junction with Lamb Bank for a distance of 4 metres in a north easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order

(which provides for civilenforcementofcontraventions

of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will

contain exemptions to allow parking/access for

certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled

persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 19 January

2017.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at

Malvern Hills District Council, Community Safety and

Resilience Manager, The Council House, Avenue Road,

Malvern, Worcs., WR14 3AF, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (U63041 Lower Wyche Road, Malvem)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U63041 Lower Wyche Road, Malvern, from a point 65 metres north of its junction with U63015 Old Wyche Road for a distance of 50 metres in a northerly direction in order to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: - U"3041 Lower Wyche Road SR U63016 Lower Road, U63015 Old Wyche Road and

vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days: Commencing: 6 February 2017.

(U63226 Russell Drive, Malvern)(Temporary

Closure) Order 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U63226 Russell Drive, Malvern, from its junction with U63226 Russell Drive to its junction with C2288 Pickersleigh Avenue in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerbing works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: - C2288 Pickersleigh Avenue, U63225 Pickersleigh Road, U63226 Russell Drive and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days (within a 4 week period): Commencing: 8 February 2017.

(Footpath MV-612, Malvern)(Temporary Closure

Order) 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the

date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of

which is to close Footpath MV-612, Malvern from its junction with U63512 Quest Hills Road to its junction with U63518 Somers Road in order to facilitate resurfacing works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary

works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: is via U63512 Quest Hills Road, Footpath MV-611, Malvern, U63516 Lansdowne Road,

U63518 Somers Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is

proposed to be carried out have been completed,

whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 3 weeks commencing on 6 February 2017.

(Footpath MV-648, Malvern)(Temporary Closure

Order) 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the

date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which is to close Footpath MV-648, Malvern, from its

junction with C2288 Pickersleigh Avenue to its junction

with U63226 Russell Drive in order to facilitate

resurfacing works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary

works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: is via U63226 Russell Drive,

U63225 Pickersleigh Road, Link Footpath F60192,

C2288 Pickersleigh Avenue and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is

proposed to be carried out have been completed,

whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that

the Order will only be operative for 3 weeks

commencing on 6 February 2017. (C2111 Birtsmorton)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2017

The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2111 Birtsmorton, from its junction with C2112 Birtsmorton to its junction with C2110 Birtsmorton in order to facilitate BT works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other

form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: - C2111 Rye Street, A438 Berrow,

C2112 Berrow and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 16 January 2017.
