Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2021 [Prohibition of Waiting on Bloxham Road and Morris Road, Broadway]
On 22 April 2020 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Broadway: -
Bloxham Road (south side) from a point 22m west of its junction with Leamington Road for a distance of 64m in a westerly direction; (north side) from a point 17m east of its junction with Sands Close for a distance of 10m in an easterly direction. Morris Road (east side) from a point 10m south of its junction with Averill Close for a distance of 5m in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 13 May 2021.

On 22 April 2020 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to replace prohibition of waiting at any time with restriction of waiting
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm on the following length and side of road in Stoulton: -Froggery Lane (west side) from a point 10m southwest of its junction with B4084 Pershore Road for a distance of 10m in a south westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 1J May 2021.

(B4035 Port Street, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Order made: to close that part of B4035 Port Street from its junction with B4035 Waterside to its junction with B4035 Port Street, B4035 Elm Road and C2277 Broadway Road Roundabout. Reason: Repaying of footways.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Eastbound from Pershore: A4184 Cheltenham Road, A46 Evesham Bypass, B4035 Badsey Road, B4035 Elm Road; Eastbound from Riverside Car Parle U44519 Mill Street, U44519 Chapel Street, U44515 Swan Lane, A4184 High Street, A4184 Vine Street, A4184 Abbey Road, A4184 Cheltenham Road, A46 Evesham Bypass, B4035 Badsey Road, B4035 Elm Road; Westbound: B4035 Elm Road, B4035 Badsey Road, A46 Evesham Bypass, A4184 Cheltenham Road. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 49 days Commencing: 10 May 2021.
(C2049 High Street, Honeybourne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Proposed Order to close that part of C2049 High Street from its junction with C2006 Weston Road to its junction with C2049 Bretforton Road. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2049 Bretforton Road, C2049 Honeybourne Road, B4035 New Street, B4035 Weston Road, B4035 (Gloucestershire County), Honeybourne Road (Gloucestershire County), C2006 Weston Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days Commencing; I June 2021.
(Pirton To Croome Dabitot, Pirton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Order made: to close that part of C2019 Croome D'Abitot from its junction with C2109 Sidings to Station Road including C2109 Pirton to Croome Dabitot and C2109 Sidings Road.
Reason: Carriageway Works by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2109 Sidings to Station Road, C2109 Mill Lane, C2100 Besford Road, C2056 Rebecca Road, C2056 Croome D'Abitot to Lincolns Farm, C2056 Croome D'Abitot, C2019 Croome D'Abitot and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 10 May 2021.
