Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(B4035 Badsey Road, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order to close that part of B4035 Badsey Road from its junction with
B4035 Elm Road to its junction with A46 Evesham Bypass.
Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A46 Evesham Bypass, C2277 Broadway Road, B4035 Elm Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 23 days Commencing: 22 March 2021.
[B4510 Offenham Road, Evesham) [Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Proposed Order: to close that part of B4510Offenham Road from its junction with B4035 Badsey Road to its junction with B4510The Cross. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4510 The Cross, B4510 Evesham Road, B4510 Newtown, B4510 Cleve Road to Three Cocks Lane, B4085 Cleeve Road, B4085 Main Street, B4085 Station Road, B4085 Blackminster, B4085 Birmingham Road, B4035 Badsey Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 23 days Commencing: 22 March 2021.
(District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2021 [Prohibition of Waiting on Sandy Avenue, Wickhaniford]
On 11 February 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Wickhamford:-
Sandys Avenue (both sides) from its junction with A44 for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 4 March 2021.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made. (C2006 Station Road, Honeybourne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Proposed Order: to close that part of C20O6 Station Road from its junction with C2009 Sheenhill Road to its junction with C2049 High Street. Reason: Road works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2006 Weston Road, Honeybourne Road (Gloucestershire County), B4035 (Gloucestershire County), B4035 Weston Road, B4035 New Street, B4035 Station Road, B4035 Shop Lane, B4035 Main Street, B4035 Bretforton Road, B4085 Birmingham Road, B4085 Blackminster, B4085 Station Road, B4085 Main Street, B4085 Cleeve Road, B4085 Evesham Road, B4085 Main Street, B4085 Bidford Road, B4085 Cleeve Road, B4085 Cleeve Road (Warwickshire County), B4085 Honeybourne Road (Warwickshire County), C2006 Honeybourne Road, C2006 Buckle Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 days Commencing: 22 March 2021.
(Footpaths PS-S42, PS-549 and PS-5S0, Pershore) [Temporary Closure Order) 2021
Order made: to close Footpaths PS-542, PS-549 and PS-550, Pershore for their entire ength.
The Order has been made as a result of flood damaged bridges. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: via Pershore Footpath PS-539, A4104 Defford Road, A4104 Three Springs Road, B4536 Defford Road, U47026 Nogains, Pershore Footpaths PS-528, PS-529, PS-545, and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 3 March 2021. (C2267 Broad Marston Road, Pebworth) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Proposed Order to close that part of C2267 Broad Marston Road from its junction with C2113 Broad Marston Road to Long Marston Road for a distance of 530 metres in a south easterly direction.
Reason: New Customer Broadband Connection by Grub Construction. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Broad Marston Road (Gloucestershire County), Chapel Lane (Gloucestershire County), B4632 (Gloucestershire County), Startford Road (Gloucestershire County), Long Marston Road (Gloucestershire County), C2266 Mickleton to Long Marston Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 16 days Commencing: 22 March 2021.
