Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2021 (Prohibition of Waiting on Woodfield Crescent and Cobden Street, Kidderminster)
On 11 February 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminsten-
Woodfield Crescent (north side): from its junction with Cobden Street for a distance of 5 metres in both an easterly and westerly direction. Cobden Street (north east
side) from its junction with Woodfield Crescent for a distance of 5 metres in a north westerly direction; (south west side) from its junction with Woodfield Crescent for a distance of 9 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 4 March 2021.

A448 Comberton Road (north east side) from its junction with Somerleyton Avenue for a distance of 15 metres in a south easterly direction and to its junction with Chaddesley Road in a north easterly direction. Somerleyton Avenue (both sides)
from its junction with A448 Comberton Road for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 4 March 2021.

(C2021 Dunley, Astley and Dunley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Order made: to close that part of C2021 Dunley from its junction with C2071 Netherton Lane to its junction with A451 Dunley Road. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2071 Netherton Lane, C2071 Abberley, C2071 The Village, C2071 Apostles Oak, B4202 Apostles Oak, A443 Great Witley Road, A443 Worcester Road, A451 Stourport Road, A451 Dunley and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 1 March 2021.
(Beacon Lane, Upper Arley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Order made: to close that part of Beacon Lane from its junction with C2130 Shatterford to Beacon Lane for a distance of 305 metres in a south easterly direction along U13004 Beacon Lane up to the County Boundary and for a distance of 755 Metres in a Northeasterly direction along C2130 Beacon Lane up to the County Boundary.
Reason: BT Pole replacement by Amey.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2130 Shatterford to Beacon Lane, C2188 Romsley Lane, Romsley Lane (Shropshire County), Beacon Lane (Shropshire County), Herons Gate Road (Shropshire County), Herons Gate Road (Staffordshire County), Greenfields Road (Staffordshire County) Beacon Lane (Staffordshire County) and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 26 February 2021.
(B4189 Park Gate Road, Wolverley and Cookley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Order made: to close that part of B4189 Park Gate Road from its junction with A449 Wolverhampton Road to its junction with Lea Castle Drive. Reason: Lay New Ducting by Grub Construction.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4189 Park Gate Road, A451 Stourbridge Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days Commencing: 26 February 2021.
