Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Arthur Street, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order: to close that part of Arthur Street
from its junction with Farm Road to its junction with
C2101 Holloway Drive.
Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing Works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Diversion route – C2101 Holloway Drive, Beoley Road
East, Sillins Avenue, Farm Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
12 days. Commencing: 29 July 2020
(C2034 Rowney Green Lane, Alvechurch)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2034 Rowney
Green Lane from its junction with U23202 Chapel Lane
to its junction with C2001 Radford Road.
Reason: Lay NewDucting by Grubs Construction Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Diversion Route – C2001 Radford Road, C2001 The
Square, C2291 Swan Street, C2291 Redditch Road,
C2034 The Holloway, C2034 Rowney Green Lane and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days. Commencing: 4 August 2020
(U30100 Evesham Road, Redditch)(Temporary
Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order: to close that part of U30100 Evesham
Road from its junction with U30300 Yvonne Road to its
junction with U30200 Littlewoods.
Reason: Drainage Works/Flood Alleviation.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Diversion Route – U30100 Evesham Road, B4504
Windmill Drive, U30300 Yvonne Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days. Commencing: 3 August 2020
(Branden Road, Alvechurch )(Temporary Closure)
Order 2020
Order Made: to close that part of Branden Road from
its junction with Withybed Lane to its junction with
George Road.
Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing Works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Diversion Route – George Road, Withybed Lane and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
14 days. Commencing: 14 July 2020
(Berrow Hill Lane, Feckenham)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2020
Proposed Order: to close that part of Berrow Hill Lane
from its junction with B4090 Droitwich Road to its
junction with C2033 Flying Horse Lane
Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing Works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4090 Droitwich Road, C2033 Flying
Horse Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
15 days. Commencing: 4 August 2020
(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area)
(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places)
Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2020
[Limited Waiting on Mount Pleasant, Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making
an Order the effect of which will be to limit waiting
30 minutes no return within 1 hour 8am-6pm on the
following length and side of road in Redditch:
Mount Pleasant (west side) from a point 10 metres
south of its junction with Ludlow Road for a distance
of 12 metres in a southerly direction and from a point
64 metres south of its junction with Ludlow Road for
a distance of 12 metres in a southerly direction
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain
exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes
and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places)
Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2020
[Prohibition of Waiting on Enfield Trading Estate,
Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making
an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting
at any time on the following lengths and sides of road
in Redditch:
Enfield Trading Estate (north side of southern-most
cul-de-sac) from its junction with U31041, for a
distance of 70 metres in a north easterly direction;
(turning head) for its entire length; (south side of
southern-most cul-de-sac) from its junction with
U31041, for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly
direction; from a point 24 metres north east of its
junction with U31041, for a distance of 13 metres in a
north easterly direction; from a point 48 metres north
east of its junction with U31041, for a distance of 14
metres in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain
exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes
and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2020
[Resident/Visitor Parking Permit Holders Only
Parking on Station Way, Redditch]
On 25 July 2020 Worcestershire County Council made
an Order the effect of which will be to impose
resident/visitor parking permit holders only parking
on the following length and side of road in Redditch:
Station Way (west side) from a point 8 metres north
of its junction with Oakly Road for a distance of 89
metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain
exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes
and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 16 July 2020.
