LEWIS Susan The family of Sue would like to thank everyone who has sent messages of sympathy and support. They were greatly appreciated and helped to ease her passing. Nothing can bring her back, but we are very proud that she touched so many lives. Also our gratitude to the staff of the Alexandra Hospital, particularly Dr. Siva, Kay and Tracey for their unstinting perseverance in the face of insurmountable odds. Thank you. Thank you also to Pool Medical Centre and Dr. Moseley for their total and continuing support of Sue and the family.
