SMITH David James Former Borough Councillor, passed away peacefully on 3rd October 2021, aged 84 years. A devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather and public servant. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. A funeral service will take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium, near Kidderminster, DY13 8AS on Friday 5th November at 10:30am.
