FRANCES HILL Aged 86 years. Formerly of Dagtail Lane. Passed away on Monday 26th August 2019. Frances will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. A service to celebrate Frances's life will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Monday 9th September 2019 at 2.00pm.
