STUDLEY'S prospects of survival in the Warwickshire League Premier Division was dealt another setback when they were blitzed by nine wickets at Barby.
Chris Perrins plundered 54 runs with the bat while Charlie Bass chalked up a further 31 but nobody else managed to reach double figures as Studley slumped to 133 all out.
Will Sinclair proved the pick of Barby's bowling attack by taking four for 34 and then came back to haunt Studley with the bat as he scored 45 not out.
Pieter Pretorius provided a further 60 not out as Barby breezed to a winning 137 for one in less than 20 overs.
The result means Studley remain anchored at the bottom of the table but they will look to improve that position when they play hosts to Hampton and Solihull this Saturday.
