Two tries in the first five minutes set the tone as fly half Max Biltcliffe and winger Lewis Walker finished off flowing moves to put Alcester 12-0 ahead.

Despite their lowly position, Coventry club Keresley began to find a way back into the game and put Alcester's pack to the test.

For a 20 minute period, the game proved an even battle until Alcester centre Jamie Harland sprinted clear to score a third try which Biltcliffe converted.

The second half was a different story as Alcester cruised to their biggest away win of the season by running in six more tries.

Winger Tom Goddard began the rout before Biltcliffe secured his second try.

Skipper Jack Green enhanced his claim to be the leading try scorer with two more while scrum half Robbie Parker and replacement hooker Anthony Cauvin, who got himself on the back of a driving maul, completed the spree.
