THERE were just two games in the Redditch and south Warwickshire league region after bad weather caused a number of postponements.
VKL played a match against Shakespeare Studley, in memory of Vinay Ladwa to raise money for Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The game was played at Redditch United's ground and was well supported. Shakespeare beat VKL 1-0 with Dave White scoring the only goal of the game.
Studley Swan lost 3-1 to SCC Redolence at Greenlands. One of SCC Redolence's newest signings was on the score sheet, Ryan Sproston with one of their goals whilst newly joined Lea Styles (from South Redditch) scored for Studley Swan.
After this match, the league results have been frozen and the league has now been split into three divisions.
Premier Division: CBH Fasteners, Austin Ex Apprentices, Golden Cross, New Woodland Cottage, Beoley Village
