Redditch United make approach for Evesham striker Lance Smith
REDDITCH United are looking to tempt Southern League top scorer Lance Smith to the Valley.
Premier League United have made a seven day approach to Division One South side Evesham United to speak to striker.
Smith bagged his 23rd goal of the season as Evesham beat Winchester City on Wednesday night and is currently the leading marksman in all three divisions of the Southern League.
Evesham boss Paul Collicutt is hopeful of holding onto the forward after he apparently agreed to see out the season at Jubilee Stadium following a previous approach from Hednesford earlier in the campaign.
