AUSTIN Ex-Apprentices continue to railroad their rivals in the Redditch and South Warwickshire League Combination League Premier after defeating Redolence Park 11-2.

Andy Nicol bagged five goals, with a brace for Richard Deeming.

SO Goose Greenlands picked up their first point of the season as they drew 2-2 with Redditch Cross, while the home teams enjoyed success in the BRT Terry Cup round one.

Golden Cross beat Studley Swan 3-0 with goals from Mark Wilkes, Ben White and Nick Cox, while South Redditch put four goals past AFC Lions with two for Declan Gilsenan and one each from Ian Leyton and Carl Dwyer.

Shakespeare Studley also put four past VKL United.

In the BSA Cup it was the turn of the away teams to get the wins, with CBH Fasteners seeing off New Woodland 4-2 and inspired by Sean Parish’s double.

Lodge Park beat Redditch Town 6-3 with Terry Nolan bagging four goals.
