AUSTIN Ex-Apprentices took no time in carrying on in old traditions in the Redditch and South Warwickshire Combination League by kicking off their campaign with a 22-0 win over South Redditch.

Andy Nicol bagged nine goals, Liam Spink four and Craig Spink three in a rout.

Golden Cross AFC were also on the wining team today by beating new boys S O Goose Greenlands 8-0, with Mark Wilkes bagging a hat-trick.

New Woodland Cottage beat Lodge Park 8-2.
