Layton on target as Alcester earn a draw
FOOTBALL: Alcester Town managed a draw away at struggling Badsey Rangers in Midlands Division Three.
They got off to a nightmare start when they went behind within the first couple of minutes.
In the second half, Alcester played with greater tempo and they carved out several chances.
They eventually found the breakthrough when top goalscorer Matt Layton found the bottom right hand corner of the net to register his 35th goal of the season.
