Rising star: Jermaine Hylton
SWINDON Town have been fined £1,000 and severely warned about their conduct after it was found they breached FA rules when signing Jermaine Hylton from Redditch United.
The Robins stunned Redditch when they came from nowhere to capture the highly-rated attacking in January.
But United complained to football's governing body because they did not make a seven-day approach first.
