GOLF: Rob Cartwright and Marvin Poole coped well with the testing weather conditions won the Roland Green Cup Kings Norton GC with a score of 70.
Runners up were Tony Hill and Laurence Baylis.
On April 12, the Ladies and Juniors battled against the strongest winds we have seen this year.
Tina Miller won the Silver Division and Sandra Ianson the Bronze Division qualifier for the Bickerstaff Cup, while Cassius Blake won the Jun-ior Medal with a nett 73; runner-up was Patrick Leydon.
Martin Mahon won the Monday Medal with a nett 69 ahead of Jonathan Lee Jones and Ross Gordon both on nett 70.
Result of 9 Hole Stableford played on 15th April 2015 - Winner – Roger Martin (21 points) with Runner up – James Bralee (20 points) The Seniors team played their first home game of the season on Wednesday 8th April against Leamington & County G.C. It was a lovely, sunny Spring day with Kings Norton winning the game 4-3.
