AUSTIN Ex Apprentices and Black Horse will again go head-to-head for another of Redditch and South Warwickshire Combination’s major trophies after both clubs won their respective BRT Terry Cup Semi Finals on Sunday.

Matt Chambers and Sean Brain both scored twice for Horse in a 6-0 defeat of Wychbold RBL, while Premier Division table-topping Austin saw off the challenge of Church Hill 2-1.

OKH Sporting Dynamo will meet Sporting Club Redditch in the Steven Troth Final, after a dramatic 3-2 semi-final victory.

After taking a 2-0 lead, the visitors fought their way back to level terms through the inspirational Dave Phelan, but a late goal from Mikey Anderson as extra time loomed.

The twists and turns of a rollercoaster Division One season, saw no chance of relenting this week as Millfield Rovers took full opportunity to improve their goal difference, with a thumping 13-3 victory over the unlucky Lodge Park RA, Neil Dews and Shane Hancox both scoring four goals.

Rocklands also made no mistake, winning 5-1 at Beoley Village, with Josh Green grabbing a hat-trick.

It was very much a game of two halves as table topping CBH Fasteners took on Mayfly.

In the first half, CBH hit the woodwork twice, had another two kicked off the line and squandered a number of other chances, before taking a 40th minute lead as Sean Parrish finished off a clinical attacking move.

However Mayfly, turned the league table upside down in the second half, showing more commitment and confidence, which was rewarded when Tom Whitehead forced home, as the home side twice failed to clear a corner. Aaron Brough scored twice in a 5-2 victory over Alcester Town, as SHTP kept up their challenge for fourth place.

Goals galore in Division two as New Woodland Cottage shared eight goals with VKL United as the visitors attempt to avoid the Wooden Spoon.

This coming Sunday sees more crucial league action in Division One, as second plays top in Division One, with Rocklands hosting CBH Fasteners, while Millfield Rovers will try and focus on their home game against Alcester Town.

OKH Sporting Dynamo will hope for no slip ups at home to Redditch Cross and Abbeydale host Sporting Club Redditch as the Division Two title also goes to the wire.
