STUDLEY have appointed former Bromsgrove Sporting boss Adrian Mander as their new manager.
Mander was handed the reins at the Bees after a successful interview with chairman Barry Cromwell and chairman Dave Richardson.
He replaces Paul Smith, who was named manager at Sporting last week.
Ironically, Smith replaced Mander after he had resigned from the club after a bust-up with Bromsgrove committee member John Prescott.
Last season, Mander guided Sporting to second in the Midland Combination Premier and hopes had been high to build on that success.
Cromwell said: "After talking to Adrian we were impressed by his track record at Bromsgrove and by him overall. We welcome him to the club."
He will take over after Studley's Bank Holiday games, so Martyn Sockett will look after Studley before teaming up again with Smith at Bromsgrove.
