BROMSGROVE and Redditch Table Tennis Association concluded another successful season with their presentation evening.

The main winners were Woodfield Aces who won both the First Division and the Clements Brothers Cup with their number oen player, Sasha Grokhotov winning the First Division Singles Averages.

The Second Division was won by Bentley Hornets, with Kevin Ng of Dodford Demons winning the Second Division singles averages.

The Third Division Shadow League went to Droitwich Spa Eagles, and the Field and Son Cup was won by Dodford Demons.

The Albert Kibbler Handicap Cup went to Bentley Arrows C, and George Wilcox of Dodford Dodgers won the Most Improved Junior Award. The Association’s President Ron Butterton, was presented with the Meritorious Award for his services to the League.

The Association is looking for extra teams or players to join them for the new season which will start at the beginning of October and run until the end of March 2015.

Teams are three-a-side with nine single games and one doubles in each match, and all ranges of ability are catered for, from complete novices through to County level players. Any players interested in joining can contact Barnie Leech on 01527 527854 before August 16.
