LIVEWIRE Louis Bridges was Alcester Town's match winner when they faced Shipston Excelsior in Midland League Division Three.
Bridges came off the bench with 25 minutes remaining and effectively turned the game which was level pegging 1-1 at the time.
Keiran Downey had headed Alcester ahead in the first half before Shipston levelled after the break.
But the arrival of Bridges made all the difference.
Bridges delivered an inch perfect corner for Lewis Marston to head Alcester back in front.
The busy Bridges then set up Matt Fearon for a third goal.
But Bridges saved the best until last, winning possession in midfield and then lobbing home over the Shipston goalkeeper.
Alcester attempt to build on this success when they travel to lowly Enville Athletic on Saturday before visiting high flying FC Stratford on Tuesday.
