FORMER Worcester Warriors wing Cooper Vuna had a quiet match as Wales sealed a scrappy 24-6 win over Tonga in an error-strewn Test in Auckland earlier this morning.
The 29-year-old, who left Sixways this summer, didn’t see too much of the ball.
However, Vuna made a trademark surging break for Tonga from his own 22 in the second half which split open Wales' defence.
Vuna, who hasn’t yet officially signed for a new club, also made an important defensive smother on a loose ball in the second period.
Wales crossed the whitewash twice through Alex Cuthbert and a penalty try - worth an automatic seven points in a law change being trialled in the southern hemisphere.
Sam Davies kicked four penalties to give Wales a comfortable win in a poor match blighted by lots of handling errors in wet conditions.
