ALCESTER Town player-manager Danny Janes is already planning for next season.
He intends to rotate his squad during the next three fixtures in an attempt to find a winning formula.
Janes said: "Our planning for next season has already begun and the next three games will help with that process. Next season is essential in terms of success. Any player who thinks we are taking the next three games lightly by rotating the team are very cynical.
"We desperately need points to make sure we finish in the top six but we are in danger of slipping down the table."
Alcester return to Midland League Division Three action this Saturday when they entertain Enville Athletic.
