ANGRY Studley boss Kevin Kingham has threatened to ring the changes in a bid to prevent lightening from striking twice following a 6-1 Midland League thrashing at Chelmsley Town last Saturday.

Kingham couldn't hide his fury at Studley's performance who found themselves 3-0 down within the opening eight minutes.

Kingham confessed: "It was one of my most embarrassing moments in football to be 3-0 down so quickly. The players reacted like frightened rabbits and the standard of play from them simply wasn't good enough."

Kingham has already reacted by bringing goalkeeper Shaun Edwards back to Studley from rivals Pershore Town.

And Kingham has promised more new signings before Studley ironically return to Chelmsley on Saturday, this time for an FA Vase game.

To make matters worse, Studley have lost skipper Dave Edwards who has joined Littletons.
