STUDLEY suffered more weather frustration as Saturday’s Midlands Division One clash at Heather St Johns was called off.
The trip to Leicestershire fell victim to the torrential rain which played havoc with a host of local team’s fixtures.
Instead, they played a friendly game against Highgate United on the Beehive’s 3G pitches.
Studley were set to play Dudley Sports away on Tuesday night in the Birmingham Midweek Floodlit Cup.
They go to fellow mid-table outfit Littleton in the league on Saturday (3pm ko).
- In Division Two, Feckenham saw their Smedley Crooke Memorial Charity Cup game at Chelmsley Town called off. The Millers are second from bottom in the league and in need of points and face fourth from bottom Knowle at The Robins’ Nest Ground on Saturday (2pm ko).
