Alcester U16s 32, Leamington U16s 19
ALCESTER got the better of Leamington, despite only having the bare minimum of 15 players.
Cian Allen opened the scoring with a try, which Harry Adams converted.
With their tails up Alcester started to play some fantastic rugby.
Matt Stone found himself with the ball and made a break for the line falling a couple of metres short.
Steve Lowe scored the King’s Coughton team’s second before Leamington pulled one back to make it 12-5.
Oscar Holland jinked his way through for a try but a converted effort by Leamington saw the scores move to 17-12.
Alcester scored three more tries which saw Holland and Ben Rogers touch down.
As they tired, Leamington pulled a score back but it could not take the gloss off a fine display.
