ALCESTER Town had a fine 8-0 home win over The Grove which consolidates second place in the Bromsgrove and District League Premier Division.
Defeat put their visitors back to the bottom of the table on goals scored.
Ellis Aiden Kalach took his seasonal tally to 19 by adding another four, while there were singular strikes for Jay Gifford, Listowel Fereday, Ryan Watson and Gary Bennett.
The Grove’s cause in this game was not helped by two red cards, Oliver Salt and Robert Hughes both taking an early visit to the showers.
