REDDITCH'S Andy Robinson is targeting a battle with Tommy Langford after victory at Wolverhampton Civic Hall tonight.

D'Animal beat tough Lithuanian Deividas Sajauka on points after their six round contest went the distance.

His opponent has never been stopped and it was clear to see why after he successfully soaked up everything Robinson threw at him.

It was an easy win for the Redditch fighter who never stopped coming forward in each round.

However, his stubborn opponent managed to take a number of clubbing shots to both the head and body to ensure the bout went the distance.

Speaking straight after fight, Robinson called out Landford who had earlier been in action on the same card.

He successfully defended his WBO Intercontinental middleweight title against tough Argentinian Christian Fabian Rios. He secured a unanimous point decision after ten rounds of good action.

Robinson said: "This was just a fight to keep me ticking over. He was tough but it was exactly what I needed. Now I want Tommy Langford."
