THERE were two big games at the top of the Redditch & South Warwickshire Combination on Sunday, with the top four teams all in action.

A Sam Wills hat-trick saw OKH Sporting Dynamo maintain their top place and 100 per cent record with a 3-0 victory over fourth-placed Rubery Bridge.

Meanwhile, Black Horse took an early lead through Dale Edwards against Austin Ex Apprentice, before Richard Deeming levelled the scores in the 20th minute.

Black Horse hit the post behalf half-time, before Deeming’s persistence and cross set up Andy Nicol to put the Austin boys in front on 50 minutes.

This goal was followed by a moment of class from Nicol again, with a 25-yarder to seal a 3-1 victory in style after 70 minutes.

Myles Jones was a five-star goal-scorer as Royal Oak Alcester recorded their first win of the season over AFC Lions in Division One of the Combination.

Daniel Bearcroft followed up last week’s hat-trick with another on Sunday as Red Lion extended their lead at the top of Division One with a 7-0 win over Redditch Cross.

Jake Booton scored twice as Coldstream moved up to third place with a 4-1 win over Beoley Village.
