CHARLOTTE Gilmartin was in good form in first round of the ISU World Cup in Salt Lake City.
The 24 year old grabbed two top 12 finishes in her races, taking 10th place in the 500m and 12th place in the 1,000m.
The Redditch resident put in a strong performance to reach the quarter-final heats in both distances, finishing third in both races.
Team GB speed skaters claimed four top ten finishes in the USA, as the senior squad competed against the best speed skaters from around the globe.
Elise Christie led the way for the Nottingham-based team at the first World Cup event of the new international season, making the finals of the 1,00m and 1,500m, finishing fourth and fifth respectively.
Jack Whelbourne also notably finished in fourth place in the men's 1,000m.
