STUDLEY manager Adrian Mander has not rested in his laurels when it comes to rebuilding his squad.

The new Bees boss has captured Hinckley winger Matt Bailey as well as drafting in Joshua McKenzie, Sean Williams, Rico Taylor, son Brett Mander and Darius Darkin from former club Bromsgrove Sporting.

Studley have seen Sam Wills, Reece Hewitt and Toby Checketts go to Bromsgrove.

Mander took charge of his first game on Saturday as Studley defeated Highgate United 5-3 in the Midland Football League Division Two, with Bailey bagging a hat-trick, as well as McKenzie and Williams on target.

Mander said: “We were 3-0 at the start of the second half and they had a player sent off but to be fair they fought back well.”

Studley entertain Bilston in the FA Vase First Qualifying Round on Saturday (3pm ko).
