RUNNING: Seven Arrow Valley Runners took part in Europe’s biggest 10 kilometre race in Manchester on Sunday.
Elaine Porter and Sarah Robinson set new personal best times of 52 minutes and 45 seconds and 63-44 respectively.
David King (54-07), Rachel Winch (54-09), Fran Lycett (59-55), Barbara Moran (64-54) and Nikki Oakley (76-04) also did well.
The club also took part in the Bromsgrove Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research 10km fun run, with King first home for AVR.
The club train on Saturday at Arrow Valley Lake, meeting at the car park off Battens Drive from 10am.
