ALCESTER booked their place in the Warwickshire 2nd XV Shield final for the first time history after beating Coventrians 20-15.
They can look forward to their first final for 16 years.
The Kings Coughton men came from behind with scores from Adam Beech and James Woodhams.
Coventrians’ paid the price for poor discipline and had three players sin-binned in the second half.
Alcester were able to claim victory through tries for Henry Jenkins and Jeff Williams.
Meanwhile, the Colts were edged out 19-17 by Eccleshall.
Sam Smith, Ed Goddard and Alex Chiles scored ties, while Josh Godson added a conversion.
