It was good to read Mr Javids article about the 104 people in Bromsgrove (eligible age group 55,000 , 2012 census ) who have successfully received a New Initiative Government backed loan to purchase their own homes.
I would like to ask Mr Javid if he can tell me the the number of people who received this loan that are from rented accommodation (for whom this initiative was to help) and living in Bromsgrove or people ‘moving up the property ladder’ to the tune of £600,000 ? From outside Bromsgrove or moving away from the ‘Town’.
