I RECENTLY went to the household waste site and was very impressed with the help that the staff gave to people using this facility.
Without anyone asking, I witnessed three of the staff offer help to members of the public with garden waste, a sofa and rubble.
The staff were polite and cheerful, SO well done to them on a damp grey January’s day. It was good to see.
