WHENEVER we see shows at the Palace Theatre, we think they couldn’t get any better. How wrong we were!

The recent performance of Whistle Down The Wind was absolutely superb.

It deservedly received a standing ovation and was as good as any production I have seen in London’s West End. Every singer was note perfect and the actor who played the convict was brilliant and should be given a chance in any West End musical.

I hope the Palace keeps up this very high standard of shows and presentations and I hope the Redditch public keep filling the theatre and keep it going.

We are all extremely lucky to have this fine theatre in our town and are the envy of many other towns who do not have a venue as marvellous as ours.
