WE all know that savings from banks and building societies now have a very low rate of interest.
May I suggest what I think may be a much more lucrative investment – namely, shares in companies manufacturing temporary traffic lights and traffic cones.
Judging by the number in use in Redditch and surrounding districts, these firms must be highly profitable.
It’s a very unusual week when the ring road and Alvechurch Highway in particular aren’t coned off for some reason or another so I expect it’s the same elsewhere.
