HOW lucky you are, Mrs M Coleman (Advertiser, October 10, ‘I despair with Labour in charge’) to have such a clear cut belief over local issues. Would/could it also extend countrywide?

My dictionary explains “despair” as to “lose all hope”, “be overcome by a sense of futility or defeat” and best of all, “to lack trust or confidence”. That puts me firmly in the despair category of all governing parties since the end of the last world war.
The latest debacle concerning all three main political parties is the banking crisis and the effects of signing up to what is now, the EU.

here has not for many years been a political party composed of real life states, in a governing position who has people deserved of my vote. And as regards to that “we are all in this together”; it makes me want to puke.
