Redditch Photographic Society
Recent well attended events at the society have included Practical workshops, the second club PDI competition and various guest speakers. Ray Sturdy visited to talk about his trip to the southern continent of Antarctica, Sarah Howard presented "Thinking and techniques behind good landscapes", John Read gave an Inkjet Printing Master Class and Andy Beel talked about The Digital Monochrome Print.. All thoroughly enjoyable.
The 3rd Print competition , Level 1, was won by Mark Chambers ARPS CPAGB BPE2 with ‘’The Grenadier’’ and Mark also had the 2nd print entitled ‘’Norwich Cathedral.. ‘’Watching by Tony Banks was third.
Level 2 winner was Hexagons by Ian Joseph and in 2nd and 3rd places respectively were Aleck Coulson - Four Sails and Val Harris with Banjo Pier. Highly commended and commended selections were also awarded and the full result can be viewed on redditchphotographicsociety.org.uk
