Kingfisher English Country Dance Club
The club was launched in October to promote barn-dancing and operates on alternate Fridays at Oakenshaw Community Centre. The club has attracted a good number of new members since its commencement and successfully ran a special on New Years Eve. The club is run by Arts in Redditch, an organisation whose aim is to improve arts appreciation and participation in Redditch. The barn-dance club is run by Malcolm Hall, Chairman of Arts in Redditch and specialises in traditional English country dances with their own tunes.
