THE AGM was held at the Ecumenical Centre on Thursday, May 14, at 10am.
Pat Witherspoon was in the chair. We were lucky enough to have the presence of two police CSOs after a long absence.
Voting for chair and committee took place with Pat remaining as our chairperson and committee members standing for another year. Pat appealed for more members to join the committee.
Marie Causer and Maggie Priddle agreed to join us.
The speaker was Andy Higgett from the Jest a Minute Community Theatre who are starting a new project called Redditch 1964 which will investigate the industrial heritage of Redditch during the new town development years.
They need stories from residents about working lives to be shared via exhibitions and performances.
