YOUNGSTERS showed their love for Roald Dahl’s ever-popular
books by dressing up as their favourite characters this time last year.
The celebrations were part of Roald Dahl Day, a day chosen to celebrate the famous author as it was his birthday.
Among those who dressed up was Max Llewellyn, five, who became a Fantastic Mr Fox for the day.
Lydia Foxall, aged two, went to nursery dressed as Matilda, the super-bright schoolgirl who turns out to have magical powers, for the day. While Oscar Russell dressed as Charlie Bucket from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
