WHILE back home in Worcester this summer, student Evel Knoxville is photographing and interviewing city residents, with a focus on questions they may not normally be asked. This week Evel, 19, who studies fine art at Goldsmiths university in London, met Alex Stevens, a 20-year-old student, for ‘Unusual Questions with Evel Knoxville’.

Tell me about your favourite piece of art?

‘Ashes' by Steve McQueen (Ashes is a double video projection telling the story of a young Caribbean man. On one screen there is a film portrait of him, young and handsome, standing on the prow of a boat. The other side of this screen shows the building of Ashes' tomb after he has been murdered by drug dealers on the island)

What’s something small that makes you happy that other people might not notice?

Seeing people dance always makes me happy, it always seems like such an unconscious urge

What’s the first thing you hope people notice about you?

I always hope people look at my clothes and think 'ooh... that's a bit weird'.

Do you have a favourite memory?

All my favourite memories are just time I’ve spent with friends hanging out and being happy.

What do you want the rest of 2018 to be like?

A non-stop party.

Abolish private property.
