THE trial of a 41-year-old man accused of murdering a Ronkswood mother-of-two has been adjourned until tomorrow (Tuesday, August 13).

Birmingham Crown Court adjourned the trial of Richard Bailey who is accused of murdering 33-year-old Charlotte Teeling so that counsel could work on the case.

Bailey denied murdering Ms Teeling when he appeared before Birmingham Crown Court on Wednesday, July 4.

Ms Teeling, known as Charl, had been reported missing from Worcester on Monday, February 26.

She was last seen on Thursday, February 22, where it is believed she boarded a train from the city to Birmingham.

Her body was discovered inside a house on Cooksey Lane, Kingstanding, at 9.50pm on Friday, March 2.

Her cause of death is yet to be confirmed.

41-year-old Bailey also from Cooksey Lane, was later arrested in Coventry and remanded in custody.

Following her death, floral tributes were left outside the house in Kingstanding and well-wishers posted messages of support to the family.
