DRAINPIPE trousers to rock n' roll and everything in between is set to be explored as the 1950s is the topic in an upcoming Halesowen event.
Graham Sutherland will be the guest speaker at the next Halesowen History Society meeting with his talk expected to delve into what made the decade so great.
The talk kicks off the society’s new season of speakers, with Graham first up on Thursday, September 7.
Meeting at the Shenstone Theatre in Halesowen Library, the group’s talk begins at 7.15pm with an admission charge of £2 for non-members.
