Ed Ball, an internationally renowned artist who fuses music to which he then paints whilst listening, will be creating a live piece of artwork.

The finished piece will then be donated to Checkley-based Canwood Gallery, where the event is taking place.

On Saturday, Ed will be completing smaller test pieces in front of the public before producing the large 8ft work on Sunday between 2pm and 4pm.

There will be an opportunity for the public to meet, watch and talk to an artist.

The event is part of the gallery's Bricks in the Sticks, a Farmer’s inspiration, which featured on national TV news and is on until August 1.
