RUBERY’S history will be detailed in a new book set to launch on Friday, March 31.
Derek Whitfield’s book The History of Rubery will launch with a book signing at New Road cafe Polly Put The Kettle On.
Cafe owner Susan O’Leary said: “We are delighted he's picked us and we’re hoping lots of Rubery folk, and our regular customers, will enjoy meeting and chatting about Rubery and its history.”
Derek will be signing and selling the book between 10am-12 and 2pm-4pm.
