A YOUNG brother and sister who were left fighting for their lives following a serious car crash have raised almost £400 for the hospital that treated them.
Ava and Lucas Badham were flown to Birmingham Children's Hospital following the crash which happened near to Barons Cross in May 2014, when they were just one and six years old.
Their mother, Kerrie English, and grandfather, Thomas Badham, were also seriously injured and airlifted to Birmingham Queen Elizabeth Hospital while their father, Shane Badham, was taken to Hereford County Hospital.
To thank the medical teams who helped them, Lucas, now nine, and Ava, now three, took part in the Great Mini Run in Birmingham to raise money for the children's hospital.
They each ran 1.5km course to raise almost £400 for the hospital.
Their mum, Kerrie English, said the family wanted to thank everyone who had supported them in the run and since the accident.
