Brown sauce is best for West Midlands residents
BROWN sauce is the condiment of choice for West Midlands residents when it comes to a bacon sandwich.
In a survey carried out by Direct Line for Business, brown sauce was named the nation's favourite sauce, and for West Midlands sandwich fans, the perfect bacon butty recipe is white sliced bread, untoasted, with smoked bacon and brown sauce.
