Concerns are growing for a Halesowen woman who has gone missing from home.

Police want to hear from anyone who has seen Ruth Lewis, who has been missing since 3pm yesterday (October 30).

The 60-year-old was last seen on Asda car park in Kidderminster, and has not returned to her home in Queen Street since.

She is described as white, 5ft 5in tall, ginger/grey hair which is spikey on top.

She usually wears outdoor trekking clothing.

Inspector Sarah Galloway, from Dudley Police, said: "We have been carrying out a number of enquiries to try and locate Ruth but at this stage she is still missing.

"We would ask anyone who has seen her to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

" I also want to appeal directly to Ruth to get in touch and let us know she is safe and well."

Anyone with information should call Dudley Police on 101 or contact the Missing People charity on 116 000.
